Air Pollution

We can draw a boundary on land but not in air, therefore before considering air pollution of any state ,we have to consider their surroundings too . 

As we all know that the capital of India is sick with Air Pollution . here we are only considering Delhi because first priority of any country is the betterment of the Capital.

According to WHO, 1.5 million people killed by air pollution every year in India. by chronic resperatory diseases and asthma.

Good news is that the government is giving attention toward this problem and we should appreciate the first steps of everything. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is keen in their speeches to curb the air pollution of capital.

in delhi, 41% of PM2.5 air pollution is by vehicle emission, 21.5% by dust and 18% by industries .

Odd-Even is a good initiative  which  gives  its contribution in those 41%s .

It is not the complete solution but it will 

help to cure vehicle emission . banning diesel generators banned in delhi , old cars , and introducing electric vehicles and many more . All these will help in that 41% which is a big portion in Delhi's bad air. 

lets come to the other,

Punjab , haryana and Uttar pradesh are an agricultural states. And October- November is the period of stubble burning in these states.

Punjab govt has distributed 13,000 stubble management machines to individual farmers and farmer cooperatives. It will help to reduce air pollution of this period in punjab.

In Haryana , govt is running awareness campaign . But Haryana govt should give some alternative to the farmers, only awareness is ineffective for them.

western parts of Uttar Pradesh is also using stubble burning method to clean their land . respective govt should learn form other states and implement some genuine solutions which gives some alternatives to the farmers.

Delhi NCR area is also emitting pollution from vehicles. about 40 tankers of waste water in Noida is sprinkling water in roads . this water will settle down the dust particles and sand. but what after 2,3 hours when the water get evaporated ?

After considering this, we know that every govt in aware of this hazardous problem but we want an ultimate solution. these small steps are temporary .  An ultimate solution with the best implementation is require .
